Bridgestone Car Care and Holiday Promotion

Terms and conditions | 1 November to 31 December 2026

Buy qualifying Bridgestone tyres to claim a free Bridgestone Car Care Pack for every pair purchased. You may also choose to enter a prize draw to win a holiday worth £5,000 or a £5,000 cash alternative. Receiving Bridgestone news is a separate, optional choice.

The Promoter

1. The Promoter is Bridgestone Europe NV/SA UK Branch, Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, CV34 6UX, United Kingdom.

Promotion period and eligibility

3. The purchase period runs from 00:00 on 1 November 2026 to 23:59 on 31 December 2026 inclusive (the Promotion Period). All times are UK local time.

4. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter or any tyre dealer, their immediate families, agents and anyone directly involved in creating or administering the Promotion are excluded. Trade customers are also excluded.

5. A qualifying purchase is the retail purchase of two or more new Bridgestone tyres of any size for a car, van, 4×4 or motorcycle from a dealer based in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, in a single transaction during the Promotion Period. Purchases for company vehicles, through fleet schemes or for trade purposes do not qualify.

6. The offer applies to Bridgestone tyres across these vehicle categories, including Turanza 6, Turanza All Season 6, Dueler, Duravis All Season and AX41 as shown in the promotional artwork. Returned or cancelled purchases do not qualify.

How to claim your Car Care Pack

7. Complete the online redemption form on the Promotion Website and upload a clear photograph or scan of your purchase invoice. The invoice must show the dealer, purchase date, number of qualifying tyres and Bridgestone brand. Keep the original invoice until your claim and any prize have been fulfilled.

8. Provide your full name, UK postal address, email address and telephone number, together with any purchase details requested on the form. The Promoter may request reasonable further evidence to verify eligibility or clarify an invoice.

9. Claims and optional prize draw entries must be submitted by 23:59 on 14^th January 2027. Only purchases made during the Promotion Period qualify.

10. One free Car Care Pack is available for every complete pair of qualifying tyres purchased in the same transaction. Two tyres qualify for one pack; four qualify for two packs. An unpaired tyre does not qualify for an additional pack. Each invoice may be redeemed once only; the claim must include all qualifying pairs shown on that invoice.

11. Each pack contains one drawstring bag, one windscreen cleaner, one digital tread depth gauge, one ice scraper, one locking wheel nut bag and one air freshener.

12. Car Care Packs are subject to availability. No cash alternative is available for the pack. If necessary, the Promoter may substitute an item or pack of equal or greater value. Packs will be delivered within 28 days of verification of an eligible claim and receipt of a valid delivery address. If a delay occurs, the customer will be informed.

13. You do not have to enter the prize draw or agree to receive Bridgestone news to claim a Car Care Pack.

Optional prize draw entry

14. To enter, submit a valid redemption form with proof of qualifying purchase before the claim and entry closing date and actively select Yes to the separate prize draw question. Selecting No or leaving the option unselected means you will not be entered. There is no additional charge to enter.

15. One prize draw entry per household, regardless of the number of qualifying tyres purchased or packs claimed

16. You may withdraw your prize draw entry before the draw by emailing rewards@bridgestone-rewards.co.uk with your name and claim reference. Withdrawal will not affect an eligible Car Care Pack claim or your separate marketing preference.

The main prize

17. There is one main prize: a holiday worth £5,000 or, at the winner’s choice, a cash alternative of £5,000. There are no additional main prizes.

18. If the holiday option is chosen by the winner all bookings and arrangements will be made via Travel Options Ltd. This will be a holiday booking and not a travel credit or voucher. The holiday chosen by the winner will be to the value of £5,000 which will include all bookings transfers etc. up to that value. Any costs incurred over this will be funded by the chosen winner. If the holiday total value once booked is less than £5,000 Bridgestone will pay the difference to the winner by bank transfer This does not include spending money or insurance. If the cash option is chosen, Bridgestone will pay by bank transfer.

19. The winner may choose the £5,000 cash alternative instead of the holiday. Cash will be paid by bank transfer to a valid UK bank account held in the winner’s name. The Promoter will not ask the winner to pay a fee to receive the prize.

20. The prize is not transferable and must be claimed by the selected winner personally. Holiday images in the promotional artwork are illustrative and do not specify a destination.

Winner selection and notification

21. One winner will be selected at random from all verified, eligible, opted-in entries using a verifiably random computer process or under independent supervision. The draw will take place on 15^th January 2027

22. The winner will be notified using the email address supplied on the redemption form within 7 days of the draw. The winner must respond within 14 days of the notification and provide reasonable proof of eligibility and their choice of holiday or cash.

23. If the selected winner is ineligible, declines the prize or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter may select a replacement winner by the same random process. The replacement winner will have the same response period.

24. Prize fulfilment will be completed within 28 days of the winner being notified and the winner acknowledgment of the prize

25. To demonstrate that a valid award took place, the winner’s surname and county will be made available on request to rewards@bridgestone-rewards.co.uk for one month after the award. Entrants may object to publication, or request that the amount of information disclosed is reduced, by contacting the same address before the draw. The Promoter may still provide the relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

Your choices about Bridgestone news

26. The redemption form will offer two separate choices. Neither choice will be preselected. Prize draw entry: “Yes, enter me into the draw to win a holiday worth £5,000 or a £5,000 cash alternative” or “No, do not enter me into the prize draw”.

27. Bridgestone news: “Yes, I would like Bridgestone Europe NV/SA UK Branch to email me Bridgestone news, product updates and offers. I can unsubscribe at any time” or “No, I do not wish to receive Bridgestone news, product updates or offers by email”.

28. Marketing consent is optional and separate from acceptance of these terms, the Car Care Pack claim and prize draw entry. Selecting No or leaving marketing unselected will not affect your claim, entry or chance of winning. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or by contacting rewards@bridgestone-rewards.co.uk. Unsubscribing from marketing does not withdraw a prize draw entry.

29. The Promoter may send service messages needed to verify and fulfil a claim or administer a prize draw entry, regardless of marketing preferences. These service messages will not require marketing consent.

Personal information

30. The Promoter acts as data controller. Personal information will be used to validate purchases, process and deliver packs, administer opted-in entries, notify and verify the winner, fulfil the prize and prevent fraud. Relevant information may be shared with service providers handling these tasks on the Promoter’s behalf. Marketing emails will be sent under this Promotion only where separate marketing consent has been given.

31. The privacy notice available here which explains the lawful bases for processing, recipients, retention periods, rights and how to raise a concern. Accepting these terms does not itself constitute marketing consent.

General conditions

33. By submitting a claim or entering the draw, you agree to the applicable provisions of these terms. The Promoter may reject late, incomplete, illegible, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible submissions. A submitted invoice cannot be reused for another claim.

34. Customers are responsible for accurate contact and delivery details. The Promoter is not responsible for submissions that fail to arrive because of technical failures outside its reasonable control. This does not limit responsibility for failures caused by the Promoter’s negligence or breach of these terms.

35. The Promoter may make changes or suspend or cancel the Promotion only where unavoidable circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be communicated on the Promotion Website and must not unfairly disadvantage existing participants. Closing dates will not be changed except where permitted by the applicable CAP Code.

36. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

37. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The Promoter’s decisions on administration are final, without limiting your right to raise a complaint or exercise legal rights.

38. English law applies, except that residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland retain the protection of mandatory local law. Proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
